About Us

As a Housing Association providing accommodation and care services, we manage a property portfolio worth over £105m and we employ over 300 people. 

We receive funding from the Homes and Communities Agency and are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority. we work in collaboration with local authorities, builders, landowners, and health authorities, voluntary groups and care agencies to provide appropriate services. We also provide services to other landlords and individuals through our Astraline Alarm Monitoring Service.
