We have a full set of green lights from our regulator the Tenant Services Authority, formerly in the guise of the Housing Corporation, but this is merely one of the measures of an organisation committed to quality, and is taken as no more than a starting point.
We are particularly proud of our track record in achieving high standards of quality in both the homes we produce and the service to our customers. Indeed, our values encompass quality and innovation and these themes feature throughout the organisation.
To ensure the quality of our service is of the highest standards we have subjected our service to independent verification through various external accreditations including:
- Charter Mark for excellent services – awarded for the third time in 2005
- Investors in People – awarded for the fourth time in 2005
- Telecare Services Association – accredited again in 2006
- Centre For Sheltered Housing Studies Code of Practice
- Clients Charter
- Association of Retirement Housing Managers accredited since 2002
- Eco homes ratings/ Secure by Design standards
