We have a full set of green lights from our regulator the Tenant Services Authority, formerly in the guise of the Housing Corporation, but this is merely one of the measures of an organisation committed to quality, and is taken as no more than a starting point.
We are particularly proud of our track record in achieving high standards of quality in both the homes we produce and the service to our customers. Indeed, our values encompass quality and innovation and these themes feature throughout the organisation.
To ensure the quality of our service is of the highest standards we have subjected our service to independent verification through various external accreditations including:
- Awarded a One Star rating in the Sunday Times 'Best Companies 2009' assessment
- Investors in People – awarded for the fifth consecutive time in 2008
- Telecare Services Association – accredited again in 2008 and successfully audited against the updated 2009 Code in November 2009.
- Code of Practice accreditation from the Centre of Housing and Support (CHS) - March 2010
- Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS) - accredited in October 2009 for the third year running.
- Association of Retirement Housing Managers accredited
- Eco homes ratings/ Secure by Design standards for a number of housing developments
