Value For Money
"Johnnie" Johnson Housing has worked very hard for a number of years to ensure that value for money (VFM) is embedded in all of its activities.
The Trust's Corporate Plan 2010-2013 has identified that one of its primary themes will be to focus on Excellence and Efficiency; particular priorities include:
- Maximising income from core business activity
- Delivering our Best Value Action Plan for the management of empty properties
- Developing a Customer Services Action Plan
- Delivering on our Older Persons' Futures Action Plan
The Trust has carried out a large number of service reviews over the last three years to improve processes and save financially where possible. In addition, the Trust has taken every opportunity to ensure that its purchasing of goods and services gets the best result at the right price.
