Future Board Meetings
Our schedule of future Board meetings is shown below
The agenda for each Board meeting will be published on our website at least seven days prior to each meeting. If you are interested in an item on the agenda, and would like to attend the Board meeting, you should contact the Chief Executive by e-mail at general.enquiries@jjhousing.co.uk at least three days before the board meeting date.
Our Board meetings are not “open” in the same way as council meetings, or those of other public bodies, but we strive to be open and accountable to those with a legitimate interest in our work, so we ask that you let us know the reasons why you are interested in attending.
Sometimes the limitations of the venue, or the confidential nature of some agenda items may create problems for attendance by observers. Decisions regarding attendance by observers are made by the Chair, but permission to attend would not be unreasonably withheld.
We will let you know whether you can attend as quickly as possible, and certainly within 48 hours of receiving your request. While we do not provide observers with copies of agenda papers, and there is no right to speak, the Chair of the meeting may exercise discretion with the agreement of the Board.
