Senior Management Team

Chief Executive - Jim Lunney

Jim originally joined the Trust in 1978, and worked as a Housing Manager for 8 years. He rejoined the Trust in his current role in 1989 and reports directly to the Board of Management. Jim is based at our Head Office at Astra House, Poynton.

As the constitutional secretary to the Board of Management, Jim is the lead officer on all matters concerning the governance of the Trust and is also the principal adviser to the board on policy matters and the principal director for delivery of the Trust's objectives.

Jim has ultimate responsibility for all staff management matters, including discipline.

As Chief Executive, he is also the lead ambassador for the organisation in its dealings with the outside world.

Above all, working with and via our Board of Management; Jim is responsible for developing strategies that will ensure the success of the organisation, regardless of any challenges it may face.
