Cameron Shenton
Cameron joined the Trust in 2004 as a Senior Maintenance Surveyor for the North West area and has been in his current role for 8 months, reporting to our Director of Development and Property Services.
Cameron is based at our Chester Road Office, Poynton and leads a team of 6 staff, including 3 Maintenance Surveyors.
Cameron is responsible for maintaining our current property portfolio and providing effective energy efficiency solutions, in line with the Trust’s property maintenance plan and to deliver value for money in all aspects of the maintenance service, including future procurement initiatives. Key to Cameron’s role is to ensure good communication links with our tenants.
