Paul joined the Trust in April 2000 as Call Centre Manager, with a career history in communications and control centres.
Key responsibilities to Pauls role are all aspects of Astraline and the Call Centre and new business acquisitions. Including the alarm monitoring service providing 24 peace of mind and assistance to the elderley and dissabled, out of hours repair reporting and overall quality of service.
