Tricia Grierson
Tricia's joined the Trust in November 2002 and has been in her current role since March 2006 reporting to the Director of Housing services.
She is responsible for leading a specialist team of almost 150 office and scheme based staff. They manage over 2000 properties in 50 traditional sheltered schemes and flats and bungalows for tenants over retirement age. They deliver housing management and support services which enable our tenants to live independent lives in a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Tricia's role involves developing close working relationships with the many local authorities and Supporting People Commissioning bodies where we operate to ensure that our schemes and services are compatible with their housing and older people's strategies. Tricia is responsbile for supporting the Tenant Involvement Group and increasing the opportunities and methods of involvement for a greater number of our retirement and supported housing tenants.
Tricia is also keen to widen the choices for current and future tenants by developing new services such as Extra Care and maximising the potential of our current housing stock.
