Housing Services Manager
Tony Hennon
Tony joined the Trust in 2005 in the role of Housing Services Manager and reports to our Director of Housing Services.
Tony is based at our Head Office at Astra House, Poynton and leads a team of 4 staff, including 3 Housing Managers.
Key responsibility is for the overall management of the Trust’s General Let properties for single people, couples and families in Yorkshire and the North West, ensuring that effective policies and procedures are in place to manage the re-letting of empty properties, rent collection, housing applications and anti-social behaviour.
A key area for Tony is to ensure that the Trust is working closely with relevant local authority areas and that our customers are involved in influencing the services they receive within their communities.
