Philip McLoughlin
Phil joined the Trust in 2001 as an IT Officer and has been in his current role for 2 years. Phil reports to the Director of Finance & Business Services and leads a team of 3 staff who are based at our Head Office at Astra House, Poynton.
Phil’s key responsibilities include management and maintenance of the Trust’s IT and Telecommunications infrastructure and he is also responsible for managing, implementing and supporting specific IT projects, developing the use of IT throughout the organisation and maintaining overall system security.
