Wendy has worked at "Johnnie" Johnson Housing Trust in her current role since November 2007 managing the Astraliving Service, providing a specialist Leasehold Management Service for over 600 properties and a dedicated Leasehold Helpline.
As Leasehold Services Manager, Wendy is responsible for managing the delivery of Leasehold services including the sales and marketing of new and existing shared ownership properties, annual service charges, production of annual accounts, scheme consultations and general housing management issues.
Ensuring the leaseholders views are used to inform changes and services is of key importance to the role. The Leasehold Services Manager is lead officer responsible for delivery of improvements to meet the requirements of the Key Lines Of Enquiry (KLOE) for Leasehold and Shared Ownership properties.
