Personnel Manager
Bronwen Jones
Bronwen joined the Trust in 1995 as Personnel Manager and reports to our the Director of Finance & Business Services.
Bronwen leads a team of 5 staff who are based at our Head Office at Astra House, Poynton and is responsible for the Trust’s HR strategy, policy, initiatives and Payroll.
Key to Bronwen’s role is ensuring that good employment practice is adhered to by all Managers and that the Trust provides the ingredients for the creation of successful employment partnerships, which will have a positive impact on the services we deliver to our customers.
