James Bromfield
James joined the Trust in 1998 and is based at our Chester Road office in Poynton, reporting to our Director of Development and Property Services.
James’s main role is to deliver our development programme in accordance with the Trust’s strategy for growth and to work with fellow members of the Northern Lights Consortium to deliver better value.
Key objectives are to identify development opportunities; acquire land and buildings; take part in bidding for grant funding; the appointment of consultants; customer consultation; overseeing building contracts; letting building contracts and obtaining customer feedback for future development projects.
