Colin Muir
Colin Joined the Trust in 2010 as Income Services Manager, reporting to our Director of Housing Services.
Colin divides his time between our Sheffield Office and our Head Office at Astra House, Poynton and leads a team of 9 staff based at both locations.
Colin's team undertakes a wide range of tasks relating to rents and rents information, including ensuring that the Trust Annual Rent Review takes place in April of each year, opening/ closing and maintaining tenants’ Rent Accounts and the monitoring of arrears balances for a substantial part of the Trust.
