We aim to provide an excellent, comprehensive & customer focused service, making a positive difference to all Leaseholders across the Trust.  To ensure that you receive the service you deserve,   we will provide:

• A direct telephone line to the Leasehold and Shared Ownership Team

• Regular scheduled visiting service to our developments

• Annual service charge consultation meetings

• Resident & non-resident managers at some developments

• Management of service contracts

• Property sales service

• Advice on leases

• Performance Information to Residents

• Leasehold Advisory Panel membership open to all our leaseholders
