What if there is a property for sale?

  • You should register your interest ASAP.
  • You will be then invited to view the property at a suitable time
  • At this stage you will be asked if you are in a position to complete quickly or if you still have your own property to sell.
  • If you are still interested in the property after viewing, you will be contacted by one of our Housing Managers who will carry out a detailed telephone assessment.  At this stage it would be useful if you could provide your financial details, medical details and a mortgage details if necessary.  It will also give you the opportunity to ask any other questions you may have.

Following the Housing Manager’s call if you have been successful, you will receive a letter reserving the property for a 6-week period.  The Housing Manager will then arrange to meet with you to discuss the lease in further detail.
