We believe in developing homes and communities that people are happy to live in. We are proud of our track record of successfully delivering high quality, affordable homes and believe that we have achieved this because we care deeply about the properties we develop and the people who will live in them.    

The Development Team at “Johnnie” Johnson Housing works closely with local authority partners and the Homes & Communities Agency to provide a range of new homes meeting the housing needs of families, single people and couples, people with disabilities, first time buyers and older people. 

The Trust possesses over forty years of experience in providing purpose built retirement accommodation.  Also, we have strong links with a number of specialist care providers and have an ongoing programme of producing accommodation for people with learning difficulties.

We are proud to be involved in major heritage projects in conservation areas because we believe that by investing in regeneration projects we can contribute to the preservation and conservation of areas where people want to live, now and in the future.
