Your Retirement Housing team
We have a specialist Retirement & Supported Housing Team of almost 150 staff in locations across the North Of England, who provide an excellent service to all our current & future tenants.
Our front line service is delivered by our Scheme Managers and their staff, who ensure that tenants are given the appropriate support to enable them to live fulfilling and independent lives in a safe, secure and comfortable environment.
Our Area Managers, supported by the administration team, manage the scheme based staff and the provision of the housing management and advice services including lettings, tenancy support & enforcement, as well as rents & service charge accounting.
We liaise with local authorities and Supporting People Commissioning Bodies in all the areas where our schemes are located, to ensure that services provided are compatible with the strategic requirements of the respective authorities.
We are also responsible for developing new and enhanced support services such as extra care, promotion of healthy living and delivering services to the wider community.
