Latest performance results
01 April 2011During 2010, we took part in a comprehensive benchmarking assessment through Housemark, a national provider of benchmarking in housing.
We are delighted with the results which compare us with a group of 60 other Northern and Midland Traditional Housing Associations.
In particular, we are the second lowest in the group for repairs costs per property, and overall resident satisfaction with our services is very high. This is also in line with our latest resident survey, where a staggering 92.5% of residents are either satisfied or very satisfied with the service they receive from the Trust.
