JJHT makes top 5 in Tenant Satisfaction Polls

The TSA Landlord comparision web service was launched at the end of 2009. Named 'Compare the Landlord' and branded with the above pink meerkat, the site enabled users to compare rent levels and customer satisfaction.
The TSA only collated Tenant Satisfaction scores nationally, so the results for a landlord are the same if they have properties in Southampton and Manchester.
Overall JJHT came a FANTASTIC 2ND PLACE in Manchester scoring 91.7%!!!! This is brilliant news and serves as confirmation that JJHT provides quality services!!
