JJHT Customer Services come highly commended!

“Johnnie” Johnson’s (JJHT) Customer Services team recently came highly commended in the 2010 Call Northwest Awards category for the Best Contact Centre! The annual event was held at the Palace Hotel in Manchester and the JJHT team underwent a competitive and gruelling process in order to reach the finals! The team were beaten by the Regenda Group.
Louise Taylorson, Customer Services Supervisor at JJHT said, “Winning this award is an outstanding achievement especially when it was against such tough opposition. This was down to the hard work and commitment of the team who put customer service at the heart of everything they do. Their dedication and caring nature was also recognised with this award.”
The lucky team also recently scooped an internal award for excellence in terms of outstanding performance.
