Thanks to our dedicated, professional staff, we are delighted to announce that we have been awarded IIP re-accreditation for the 6th successive time as well as the Health and Wellbeing award for the very first time!
We are also excited to learn from assessors that had we gone for a higher level of assessment rather than the standard IIP accreditation, we will have gained ‘definitely a solid silver and may have touched gold’!
In a nutshell, this all means that we continue to be committed to business improvement and every member of staff plays a part in making that happen. Staff have said they feel part of a team; feel trusted and valued; committed to the organisation, as well as feeling they have plenty of opportunity to develop within their role.
The Health and Wellbeing award also recognises that our staff feel well managed and supported, fostering a happy, engaged and motivated workforce.
We would like to say a big Thank you to all those staff who took part in the interview and overall the staff feedback was that JJHT is a great place to work! Here’s what some of you said …
