New service from Astraline!

Today sees the launch of an exciting new service from “Johnnie” Johnson Housing Trust called Astraline callsafe: a telecare service that allows the user to stay active and independent in their own home!
The stylish, modern and discreet callsafe alarm unit gives the user and their family peace of mind should they have a fall, or feel unwell. Our response team are available round the clock to provide help and support when it is needed most.
The callsafe alarm system works by plugging a radio transmitter/receiver into a phone line which can then connect with our 24 hour telephone response centre. The unit also comes with a remote radio button which is designed to be worn by the user at all times and throughout the house, meaning they are constantly protected. This service is available from just 46pence per day*.

As with all our services, the profits made from callsafe go directly back into improving the lives of our residents and the communities we serve.
*There is also a small, one-off charge for set up and if required, we can also install the system for you. The 46pence per day refers to the monthly monitoring service charge which is paid via Direct Debit.
