Peter Daly
Peter joined the Trust in 1980 as a Sheffield-based Housing Manager and has been in his current role for 20 years, reporting to our Chief Executive and Board of Management.
Peter is based at our Head Office at Astra House, Poynton and leads a team of
6 Senior Managers, based at various locations, with responsibilities for Call Centre Services, Retirement & Supported Housing Services, Leasehold Services, General Let Services, Rents and Marketing Services.
Peter’s role is wide ranging with overall responsibility for the Trust’s housing services to applicants and our existing customers. Key responsibilities including ensuring that customers receive a high quality service appropriate to their needs and aspirations and that our customers are involved in influencing the services they receive. Peter also leads on Equality and Diversity issues within the Trust.
