As a "Johnnie" Johnson Housing Trust tenant your independence and well being is something we regard very highly; whether you are a general let or retirement tenant you can benefit from procedures that have been put into place to help you stay in your home longer and play an active part in the community.
The aids and adaptations procedures have helped to change the lives of tenants with problems such as struggling to turn taps on or those having difficulty getting up and down stairs.
Having an aid or adaptation installed of carried out in your home can assist you to lead a more fulfilled life; it could be that you need a minor adaptation such as grab rails or ramps, or you may require a major adaptation like a walk in shower or a stair lift.
