On Friday 3 July, the Retirement and Supported Housing team from 'Johnnie' Johnson Housing Trust attended the High Peaks and Derbyshire Dales Liberation Day at the Pavilion Gardens in Buxton.
The aim of the event was to bring together organisations that could assist people over the age of fifty with improving their quality of life; the day was deemed a success.
Carole Williams, Area Manager for Buxton commented,
" This will be the fifth time that 'Johnnie' Johnson Housing has attended the Buxton Liberation Day and each year the event gets better. The day gives the trust the opportunity to promote the retirement schemes in and around Buxton and show its support to the local community. A great day was had by all."
