All retirement properties are fitted with a secure door entry system, ensuring the on-one can enter your home unless you choose to admit them. Many schemes are also protected by CCTV cameras, door eye holes and security lighting.

24-hour peace of mind
All properties are fitted with an emergency alarm system, which can be activated in an emergency. This will give you complete peace of mind knowing that help can be summoned quickly when you need it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Many retirement schemes have a professional manager on site during the week to provide support and assistance and attend to emergency calls. Whenever the manager is off site, calls are sent to an alarm monitoring service such as Astraline, which is staffed by caring and extensively trained operators.
