The Regulator of Social Housing is seeking the views of tenants of Registered Housing Providers on the proposed tenant satisfaction measures, set out in the Government’s ‘The Charter for Social Housing Residents: Social Housing White Paper’.
We urge all our residents to give their views on the proposed measures, which seek to improve satisfaction around repairs, building safety, complaint handling, engagement, and contribution to neighbourhoods.
Residents can access the survey at the Gov.uk website, where there is also a range of supporting materials including an easy-read booklet that explains the proposal in more detail.
The survey closes on 3 March 2022 (6.30 pm).
