Johnnie Johnson Housing joins Government Apprentice programme to launch new Customer Support role

The apprentice programme launched in 2010 and has already given 2.9 million people the chance to learn new skills through the apprentice programme. 

Johnnie Johnson Housing has teamed up with Sysco Business Skills Academy to deliver on going in-house training, mentoring and support in order to be able to carry out the duties required as part of the role. This is in addition to completing a full Apprenticeship in Customer Service at Level 2, which includes NVQ Diploma, Technical Certificate in Principles of Customer Service, Functional Skills and Employer Rights and Responsibilities presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start on an exciting and evolving career path.

Johnnie Johnson Homes are focused on providing a one team, collaborative approach to all aspects of administration required to support teams to achieve performance objectives, linked to the Corporate Plan, Customer Service strategy and service plans.

In total there are 3 positions available to access the 2 year apprenticeship. Working in the Customer Service Hub the new recruits will provide outstanding, efficient and effective support to over 5000 residents across the North.
