Johnnie Johnson Housing’s (JJH) Chair of the Board, Frances Street is pleased to announce the continued strengthening of the Board of Management with the appointment of two new Board members, Sue Lock and Steve Secker.

These appointments enable the Board to widen their expertise in the Independent Living agenda to ensure JJH are effectively challenged operationally and maintain the high standard of governance expected from a G1 and V1 rated organisation.

Further to this, the Johnnie Johnson Developments Ltd (JJDL) Board has also been strengthened with the appointment of Ralph Middlemore and Anthony Riley. This supports the relaunch of JJDL which will deliver to the building of 500 new homes over the coming 5 years.

The skills and expertise these new members bring to the two Boards are wide and a great addition to the current outstanding reputation of our existing Board Members.  Steve Secker works for McCarthy and Stone for over 23 years whilst Sue has a wealth of experience at the highest level in the housing sector. Ralph Middlemore has extensive experience of working at a senior level for a number of regional and national construction companies and social landlords and Anthony Riley is Group Director of Development and Operations for Waterloo Housing Group.

You can read more about all our Board members on the Meet the Board page and more information about the Structure and Governance is also available.
