Steve Secker
Director JJH Board
Steve has wide experience in housebuilding development, Project Management, Finance, IT, Risk Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. He worked for McCarthy & Stone, Britain’s leading Retirement Living housing developer, for 24 years including 13 years as Regional Managing Director in the North.
Since 2018 he has built a portfolio of retirement housing consultancy, executive mentoring and Non-Executive Director (NED) roles. The NED roles include Chair of 54North Homes, Karbon Homes, Tang Hall SMART a Community Involvement Company helping disadvantaged people through music and performing arts, York Property Forum, an SME housebuilder and a rail construction software startup. He is an MBA qualified Chartered Accountant.
Steve is a Johnnie Johnson Housing Board Member and Chair of the Johnnie Johnson Developments Limited (JJDL) Board.

We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and are held accountable against the Housing Ombudsman Framework.
