Yvonne Castle

Chief Executive

Yvonne became our Chief Executive in May 2017. She joined our organisation in July 2015 on an interim basis and was later appointed as Executive Director of Customer Services, in July 2016.

Yvonne has worked in social housing for many years with significant experience in providing executive leadership for a range of housing associations nationally.

Whilst having an early career as a qualified accountant, Yvonne has specific expertise in the ‘softer’ side of people, change and performance management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with our Board and our residents to set the vision.
  • Delivering the Vision of the business.
  • Being a Johnnie Johnson ambassador at all times.
  • Making sure our values are reflected in all we do.
  • Keeping our business viable and compliant with legislation and regulation.
