Situated in an established residential location just off Princess Parkway and Moorgate Avenue, Le Bas House is close to the local amenities in Withington village where there is a supermarket, post office and a selection of banks.

The scheme benefits from excellent transport links, including buses services to the Withington village, Stockport and into Manchester, Wythenshawe and Altrincham; the Metrolink line is easily accesss at the stop at the end of the road.

The warm and friendly atmosphere at the scheme mean that there is a variety of social activities at the scheme include coffee mornings, trips out, bingo and get togethers in the pleasant communal lounge.  The lounge is elgantly decorated and leads onto the conservatory which overlooks the beautiful gardens, in the summer months there are patio ares for residents to enjoy the outdoors. A hairdresser comes into the scheme every Friday and is reasonably priced.

All properties are fully self-contained with their own kitchen, bathroom and front door, together with a 24-hour alarm system which can be activated in an emergency; and access to an Independent Living Coordinator is available at specific times during the week. A guest room is available for friends and relatives.
