26 July Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update General Let and Leasehold Residents

We hope you are all keeping safe and well. The Government are continuing with the implementation of their plans to ease lockdown measures to assist the country in returning to some normality. It is a really important time and we wanted to check in with you again and share some useful information.

The Government will continue to keep all measures under constant review and so will we. If we experience a second spike of Covid-19, either nationally or locally, we have the relevant plans in place to adapt quickly.

26 July Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update Independent Living Residents

We hope you are all keeping safe and well. It is a really important time and we wanted to check in with you again and share some useful information. The Government are continuing with the implementation of their plans to ease lockdown measures to assist the country in returning to some normality. In our last communication, we advised you of the changes that would take effect from Saturday 4 July. As the shielding period comes to an end on Saturday 1 August, we wanted to take this opportunity to share an update with you on a couple of key changes that will take place over the next few weeks. The Government will continue to keep all measures under constant review and so will we. If we experience a second spike of Covid-19, either nationally or locally, we have the relevant plans in place to adapt quickly.

Advice for residents living in our independent living schemes - 29 June 2020

I hope you are all keeping safe and well. You will have seen that on 23 June the Government confirmed their plans to implement the easing of current lockdown measures and that the changes will take effect from Saturday 4 July. They also announced that the shielding period will end on Saturday 1 August.  In response to this, I’d like to share an update with you on a couple of key changes that will take place over the coming weeks.

Just as the Government will keep all measures under constant review, so will JJH. If we experience a second spike, we will have plans in place to adapt quickly.

Advice for residents living in our independent living schemes

You will have seen that on the 28 May the Government confirmed their plans to implement the easing of current lockdown measures and that the changes would take effect from Monday 1 June. In response to this, we’d like to share an update with you, as well as take this opportunity to reiterate a couple of key messages. Our confirmed cases remain very low and that’s thanks to each and every one of you for following the measures we have put in place.
