Communal lounge reopening update – Government restrictions

Following the Government announcements yesterday evening, we would like to provide you all with an update on reopening the communal lounge that will impact schemes located in the following areas:

  • Greater Manchester: Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan
  • East Lancashire: Pendle, Hyndburn, Burnley, Rossendale and Blackburn with Darwen
  • Parts of West Yorkshire: Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees

26 July Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update General Let and Leasehold Residents

We hope you are all keeping safe and well. The Government are continuing with the implementation of their plans to ease lockdown measures to assist the country in returning to some normality. It is a really important time and we wanted to check in with you again and share some useful information.

The Government will continue to keep all measures under constant review and so will we. If we experience a second spike of Covid-19, either nationally or locally, we have the relevant plans in place to adapt quickly.

26 July Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update Independent Living Residents

We hope you are all keeping safe and well. It is a really important time and we wanted to check in with you again and share some useful information. The Government are continuing with the implementation of their plans to ease lockdown measures to assist the country in returning to some normality. In our last communication, we advised you of the changes that would take effect from Saturday 4 July. As the shielding period comes to an end on Saturday 1 August, we wanted to take this opportunity to share an update with you on a couple of key changes that will take place over the next few weeks. The Government will continue to keep all measures under constant review and so will we. If we experience a second spike of Covid-19, either nationally or locally, we have the relevant plans in place to adapt quickly.
