Yvonne Castle - Chief Executive Officer

Yvonne Castle Yvonne became our Chief Executive in May 2017.  She joined our organisation in July 2015 on an interim basis and then was appointed as our Executive Director, Customer Services, in July 2016.  Yvonne has worked in social housing for many years with significant experience in providing executive leadership for a range of housing associations nationally. Whilst having an early career as a qualified accountant, Yvonne has specific expertise in the ‘softer’ side of people, change and performance management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with our Board and our Residents to set the Vision
  • Delivering the Vision of the business
  • Being a Johnnie Johnson Ambassador at all times
  • Making sure our Values are reflected in all we do
  • Keeping our business viable and compliant with legislation and regulation

Debbie Noble (ACMA, CGMA) - Director, Finance and Corporate Services

Debbie Noble Debbie joined the organisation in March 2014 as Head of Finance from the commercial sector having held senior positions with previous businesses. She is a qualified management accountant with a passion for excellence.She believes that work is somewhere to both have fun and make a difference.  Debbie says “JJH is a Bold and collaborative business whose passion is to ensure our residents Live Well and our colleagues have a great environment in which to learn and develop.  I’m excited that I will continue to contribute to that”.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of accurate and proactive financial information
  • Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance
  • Treasury management
  • Risk Management
  • Deliver an environment for colleagues to grow and learn

Kathryn Fox-Rogers - Director, Homes and Services

Kathryn Fox-Rogers Kathryn joined Johnnie Johnson Housing in December 2015 at a time of significant and positive change. Kathryn played an important part in bringing our Assets and Neighbourhoods  Directorates together to create Homes and Services, its sole aim was to offer a better deal for our residents. She was previously Head of Housing Management at Stafford and Rural Homes and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (MCIH). Kathryn enjoys making a difference to people's lives and ensuring our teams deliver our mission of 'Living Longer, Living Better’ ensuring our residents #lovewheretheylive

Key responsibilities include:

  • Independent living and mainstream housing services
  • Customer Services and Resident Involvement
  • Asset Management, Repairs and Compliance

 

Joe McLoughlin - Director, Astraline and Innovation

Joe McLoughlin Joe has a wealth of experience in the telecare, telehealth and contact service centres. He joined the organisation in June 2016 after a relocation from Kent to Sheffield. Joe will be working to drive the Astraline business forward and expand our services as JJHT refocuses on its new vision to support Independent Living.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management and Performance of the Astraline service
  • Development of the Astraline service offering and new technologies
  • New Business and Existing client growth

 

Lisa Johnson - Director, Development and Growth

Lisa Johnson Johnnie Johnson has set itself a challenging and exciting growth target of 1000 new homes over the next 8 years, with an emphasis on housing for independent living.  Lisa’s role as Director of Development Growth will focus on delivery and re-establishing Johnnie Johnson as a key developer partner in affordable housing within the North West and North East, Yorkshire and Derbyshire. Lisa believes creating fantastic neighbourhoods is all about people and empowering them to make real choices in their lives, not only about the house that they live in, but as a real stakeholder in their community, irrespective of generational background, ethnicdiversity, economical means or specialist requirements, real people want to live safe, secure and in attractive neighbourhoods.

Johnnie Johnson’s future development and investment work will not only focus on building and maintaining attractive homes, but include a clear commitment to invest in neighbourhoods, creating homes not just for today but for the enjoyment of future generations to come. Lisa and the team will provide a whole range of housing to meet the changing demands of people; helping people buy their first home, enjoy family life, and retire to a home of their choice. Lisa believes that Affordability, sustainability and desirability will be a fundamental in achieving Johnnie Johnson’s vision to live longer, live better.

  • To lead on the effective delivery of Johnnie Johnson development programme
  • Be an active member of the Executive team, contribute strategically across all areas of the business
  • Ensure growth and future pipeline targets are achieved in line with business plan and corporate objectives
  • Provideinspiration and motivation leadership through mentoring and coaching to all teams
  • Build strong networks & partnership in Health and Housing
  • Build independent living homes of the future

Steve Allcock - Director, ICT, Data and Digital Transformation

Steve Allcock Steve joined the organisation in May 2020 having spent over 15 years in various sections delivering digital change for customers. More recently, Steve has held several senior leadership positions within the Financial Sector, responsible for Customer Experience, Business Change and Digital Transformation. Steve is passionate about customer and digital centricity – making lives better by introducing easy-to-use online tools and services for customers and colleagues. teve says “In my short time at JJH, I find the business to be forward thinking, bold, brave and marking leading from a customer offer and digital perspective. Although my role is in the technical space,I invest a lot of my time in people and culture – taking everyone on the journey to a ‘digital first’ culture is key to any success. There is a real buzz about the future at JJH, which is totally refreshing and rewarding to be part of.”
