We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and are held accountable against the Housing Ombudsman Framework. We currently hold the highest regulatory rating G1 for Governance. We also hold a reputable V2 for Financial Viability. These ratings reflect the current economic environment we are operating within in relation to inflation, interest rates and rent increases.
