JJH supports JV North to launch a £560m framework to build 4,000 homes

A consortium of North West housing associations and local authorities has launched a £560 million framework to build 4,000 homes.

JV North, whose members manage over 125,000 homes, is inviting contractors and consultants to bid for places on its four-year framework.

‘We are delighted to be involved in this £560 million framework to build over 4,000 homes in the North of England. Johnnie Johnson Housing has over 50 years’ experience in social housing, and we aim to deliver affordable homes that cater for residents over the age of 55.
