Communications Workshop

We really value customer feedback and want to make sure we’re getting it right in how and when we’re communicating and engaging with you.

The aim of this session will be to work with customers on the different methods of communication used when promoting our engagement, involvement and feedback activities. We will also aim to set out and agree our standards and expectations as we move forward.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided for all attendees.
