What is a Neighbourhood Housing Officer?
Neighbourhood Housing Officers are part of our Neighbourhoods Team, an integral part of Johnnie Johnson Housing that provides a wide variety of services to enable our residents to live independently and safely in their homes. They care for our residents and work hard to make a positive difference in their lives. We are proud of our communities and we want our residents to feel proud of their homes and communities too.
When is my Neighbourhood drop-in?
Neighbourhood drop-ins are held every month for our residents across Johnnie Johnson Housing. Your local Neighbourhood Team will arrange a time and date each month when your Neighbourhood drop-in will be held, which will be shared with you and your neighbours. Neighbourhood drop-ins are an opportunity for you to meet your Neighbourhood Housing Officer and raise any issues or questions you have regarding the community you live in.
Where will my Neighbourhood drop-ins be held?
For Independent Living properties, your Neighbourhood drop-ins will be held onsite in the office or communal lounge. Speak to your Independent Living Coordinator or check your noticeboard for more details including dates and times.
For General Let properties, your Neighbourhood drop-ins will be held online. You can show your interest in your Neighbourhood drop-ins and find out when your next drop-in will be held, by completing the form below.
