Neighbourhood Housing Officer (NHO) drop-ins:

Each month your NHO offers a drop-in session where you can join to chat about your
homes and services. For Independent Living properties, your NHO drop-ins will be held
onsite in the office or communal lounge. For General Let properties, your NHO drop-ins
will be held online. Speak to your Independent Living Coordinator or check your
noticeboard for more details.

Digital Resident Conference:

Our online Resident Conference gives you the chance to hear from our team about the
latest issues affecting you and your home. It is a great opportunity for you to provide
feedback and ask any questions you have about your home and services.

Estates Services Forum:

Join our online Estate Services Forum to talk directly to the Estate Services team.
Provide feedback on your estate services and ask any questions you may have.

Resident engagement workshops:

Have your voice heard and feedback on our services by joining one of our upcoming
resident engagement workshops. We want you to have the opportunity to share your
experiences and feedback on our services. To give you that opportunity, we run
feedback workshops on various topics for our residents so we can offer the best
service to you.

Get to know your services:

At Johnnie Johnson Housing we offer a range of services from customer service, to
money advice, to digital skills and more. This session is to introduce our colleagues
who work across our services and will be engaging with you on projects, events, or
activities.
