Neighbourhood drop-ins
Neighbourhood drop-ins are held monthly as an opportunity for you to meet your Neighbourhood Housing Officer and raise any issues or questions you have regarding the community you live in. For Independent Living properties, Neighbourhood drop-ins are held onsite in the office or communal lounge. For General Let properties, your Neighbourhood drop-ins will be held online. Resident engagement workshops
Have your voice heard and feedback on our services by joining one of our upcoming resident engagement workshops. We want you to have the opportunity to share your experiences and feedback on our services. To give you that opportunity, we run feedback workshops on various topics for our residents so we can offer the best service to you.
Digital skills drop-in
Digital skills and IT help and support drop-ins will be held throughout the month in our Independent Living properties. Drop by your computer room or communal lounge and get support on issues that are frustrating you or ask any questions you have about your phone, laptop, or tablet. It’s also a great opportunity to find out more about our website, Resident Portal, and app. Speak to your Independent Living Coordinator or check your noticeboard for more details.
