Neighbourhood drop-ins
Neighbourhood drop-ins are held monthly as an opportunity for you to meet your Neighbourhood Housing Officer and raise any issues or questions you have regarding the community you live in. For Independent Living properties, Neighbourhood drop-ins are held onsite in the office or communal lounge. For General Let properties, your Neighbourhood drop-ins will be held online. Digital skills drop-in
Digital skills and IT help and support drop-ins will be held throughout the month in our Independent Living properties. Drop by your computer room or communal lounge and get support on issues that are frustrating you or ask any questions you have about your phone, laptop, or tablet. It’s also a great opportunity to find out more about our website, Resident Portal, and app. Speak to your Community Housing Officer or check your noticeboard for more details.

What’s on in 2022
We run a range of social activities and events across our regions, some are online and others are held in our properties. From conferences and forums to drop-ins and workshops. There's always something going on.
Resident involvement
We aim to provide the highest standard of homes and services for all our residents. We want every one of our residents to have the opportunity to be heard and to be able to feedback on and develop our homes and services. That's why we have put in place a number of resident-only conferences, forums, workshops and groups that you can attend.
