Getting online

Not everyone has online access within their home. There are a range of different options for accessing information online from getting your house connected through to using publicly available services.

Broadband at home

Connect multiple devices in your home to a broadband provider. These will vary depending on your location.

Mobile connection

You can get online using a smartphone through your mobile network. This will be on either a fixed-term contract with or without a device, or pay-as-you-go.

Social tariffs

If you receive certain benefits or support, you may be eligible for a low-cost broadband or mobile plan.

Local connectivity

Local libraries and other places may have an internet connection which you can use for little or no cost.

Let us show you the options that are available and guide you to places where you can find more information.
