How can our Money Advice team help you?
Our Money Advisors support residents manage and increase their income across our three regions, West, East and Yorkshire & Derbyshire. Money advice drop in sessions are scheduled throughout the year and offer confidential advice based on individual circumstances.
In these challenging times and during the cost-of-living crisis, we can support you with issues such as:
- Rent Arrears
- Fuel and energy costs & fuel debt
- Creating a household budget
- Understanding your bills and priority payments
- Maximising your income and reducing your outgoings
- Understanding and checking your benefit entitlements
- Completing applications for benefit and grants
- Support with benefit appeals
- Support with debt issues
- Refer you to other services that meets your needs

Ways you can receive support from our Money Advisors:
The team offers Money Advice drop in sessions across our properties as well as home visits for customers who are unable to attend these session on the communal spaces.
