We are proud to be working with Fortem, our responsive repairs and out of hours service partner. Throughout 2022 Fortem competed over 15,000 repairs for Johnnie Johnson Housing.

Sure Maintenance

Long-term and trusted partnerships help us improve the life of our customers. Our partnership with Sure Maintenance started over 10 years ago and they carry out over 2,300 gas services each year for Johnnie Johnson Housing properties. Sure Maintenance currently hold the National Association of Gas Safety Managers (AGSM) Heating Contractor of the Year award.
