Resident involvement
We aim to provide the highest standard of homes and services for all our residents. We want every one of our residents to have the opportunity to be heard and to be able to feedback on and develop our homes and services. That's why we have put in place a number of resident-only conferences, forums, workshops and groups that you can attend.

What’s on in 2022
We run a range of social activities and events across our regions, some are online and others are held in our properties. From conferences and forums to drop-ins and workshops. There's always something going on.
Repairs Forum
Our online Repairs Forum gives you the opportunity to feedback on our repairs and maintenance services and resolve any issues or complaints you may have.
Estate Services Forum

Scrutiny Panel
Our Scrutiny Panel has a prominent role in our governance here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, helping us to continually improve and effectively engage with our residents.
Editorial Panel
Our Editorial Panel is a group of involved residents who work with our teams on our resident publications including our resident magazine, Voices.
