Resident involvement
We aim to provide the highest standard of homes and services for all our residents. We want every one of our residents to have the opportunity to be heard and to be able to feedback on and develop our homes and services. That's why we have put in place a number of resident-only conferences, forums, workshops and groups that you can attend.

What’s on in 2024
We run a range of social activities and events across our regions, some are online and others are held in our properties. From conferences and forums to drop-ins and workshops. There's always something going on.
Annual Resident Conferences
Join our Annual Resident Conferences and meet the team face-to-face to hear and feedback on key business updates affecting you and your home.
Property Walkabouts
Join our regular Estate Walkabouts with a member of our Neighbourhoods team. This is an opportunity for all Johnnie Johnson Housing residents to get involved alongside our team to highlight issues and check the quality of the estate services. Regional Meetings 2023
We hold regional meetings twice a year for our residents across Yorkshire & Derbyshire, the North East, and the North West. Your local regional meeting covers topics relevant to you and the area you live in. It's a great opportunity to meet the team face-to-face and ask questions.
Money Advice Sessions
Join our Money Advice Sessions to talk directly to our welfare team. These sessions will provide you with information and support on how to increase and manage your income and benefits, based on your circumstances. Find out more and book your place online now.

Our Money Advice Webinar is an opportunity for residents to find out the support that is available and learn more about the team and what they can help you with.
Digital Support Sessions
Join our digital support sessions if you are looking to take your first step online, need support using our Resident Portal, or just have a question related to digital services or devices.

The wellbeing of our residents is important to us, as we want to help people to age well and live independently in their own home, for longer.

Our Scrutiny Panel has a prominent role in our governance here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, helping us to continually improve and effectively engage with our residents.
