We have an active asset management strategy in place which is designed to set the direction for how we manage each of our homes throughout their lifetime. The aim is to create homes which enhance our residents' lives and ultimately reduce their running costs, creating more affordable and sustainable homes. We will continue to invest in our homes for the future, ensuring our resident promise of #LoveWhereYouLive is brought to life in the homes and services we provide. Replacements
This covers the bigger jobs that are needed within the home, such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades and any adaptations that may need to take place in your home to enable you to live longer and better as your needs change over time.
Enhancements
This covers the smaller day-to-day jobs needed within the home, such as repairs and redecoration.
Developments
This covers the homes where we know we need to rethink the design and layout to ensure they are fit for purpose, providing a home our residents love. At the moment, the focus of this work is transforming our current bedsit properties into modern, flexible, studio living apartments.
Safety & security
This covers our continued social housing investment to ensure your home meets all the latest safety standards, such as new fire doors and those all-important safety compliance checks.
