It is easy to apply for one of our independent living homes. You will need to be aged 55 or over, or at least one of the applicants must have reached the age of 55 to qualify.
While you will usually need to be aged 55 and over for independent living housing association eligibility, in certain circumstances there may be additional eligibility criteria associated with a particular development.
