Our latest Annual Resident Conferences took place in October 2023 across three different locations to enable more residents to attend, hear and feed back on key business updates.
Colleagues from across the organisation hosted 80 residents at our three Annual Resident Conferences at Spey House in Stockport, Vulcan House in Sheffield and Boulmer Court in Durham.
Guests had the opportunity to hear from some of our Executive team and other colleagues, as well as senior members of the Sanctuary team, about the impending partnership. We gave an update on Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) as well as tips around budgeting for winter and keeping warm, and we informed our customers of our investment and improvement plans.
While lunch was served, residents were also able to join breakout sessions with our Money Advice, Wellbeing and Digital teams as well as being able to talk to Tivoli and Fortem representatives.

What’s on in 2024
We run a range of social activities and events across our regions, some are online and others are held in our properties. From conferences and forums to drop-ins and workshops. There's always something going on.
Resident involvement
We aim to provide the highest standard of homes and services for all our residents. We want every one of our residents to have the opportunity to be heard and to be able to feedback on and develop our homes and services. That's why we have put in place a number of resident-only conferences, forums, workshops and groups that you can attend.
