We are always looking for ways to improve our services and we are delighted to share with you that our repair and maintenance contractor, Fortem, will shortly start to deliver the estate service at your property.
By the end of June, we aim to introduce the new estate services teams, who will be carrying out cleaning, window cleaning and minor communal repairs. We hope that this positive step will ensure your home and communal environment are always the best they can be.
As part of the introduction of the Fortem service, we will also be rolling out opportunities for you to feedback to us about your satisfaction with the service.
These changes will not affect your service charges and will follow the overwhelming feedback residents provided through the surveys and focus groups that took place earlier this year.
We have listened to you
We conducted a dedicated estate services survey across all residents and held six focus groups to find out exactly what you thought about our estate services and where we needed to improve. There was an excellent response rate including feedback in support of a one-contractor approach across these services. There was also a strong view among all residents that the priority should be on ensuring properties and their communal environments are outstanding.
In the meantime, we would like to remind you that the grounds maintenance service will continue to be provided by Tivoli.
